Body Kinetics Health Club and Spa is the newest gym in Novato. We took over in January 2011 and have renovated the facility and added new equipment. Here are some of the changes:

16 New pieces of Cybex strength machines.

New Arc Trainer, Ellipticals, Lifefitness treadmill, AMT.

Now offering Pilates Reformer classes of only $15 per class New Paint and hardwood floor in the Pilates room.

PowerFIT small group personal training also only $15.

Basketball court

All group exercise classes are included in membership: Yoga, Pilates Mat, Zumba, and body sculpt are included! New paint, lighting and hardwood floor in the Mind/body room.
